Call for Papers
Undergraduate Philosophy Conference:
Free Will and Determinism
Keynote Speaker: Derk Pereboom
March 13, 2009

Submission deadline: February 2, 2009

Our ability to hold people morally responsible for their actions is taken by many to depend on whether or not people are determined or have free-will. Undergraduate students are encouraged to submit papers they have written on any aspect of Free Will and Determinism.

Papers should not exceed 3000 words in length. Please do not include any personal identifiers in your paper. Name, affiliation, and contact information should be included on a separate page at the end of the document. Please include an abstract of the paper (150 words maximum) as a separate document. The authors of selected papers will receive $100.00 to present their work at the conference.

Submissions are to be sent to in Word, RTF, or Plain Text format.
Papers must be received by February 2, 2009.
