SoPhiA (Students of Philosophy Association) and SASU (Sociology and Anthropology Student Union) collaborate to bring you the January Jump-Off! Come and socialize with fellow Sociology, Anthropology and Philosophy students over “complementary drinks” on us.
DJ Smitty and DJ Bagz are there to provide the beats that your ears have been asking for!
Enjoy games like pin the tail on the donkey, ping pong, pool and fuseball. Tournaments are happening all night long with prizes to be won! Lift tickets to either Tremblant, Jay peak, Saint-Sauveur and Orford are up for grabs courtesy of our buddies at Ski Rod Roy. Everyone leaves with something!
Tickets are 15$ and go on sale Wednesday January 19th at the SoPhiA office (PR 325) and the SASU office (H1108-02). Tell your friends. We have a limited amount of tickets, so first come first serve.

Organized by students from all four of Montreal’s Universities, Philopolis is an event to “re-affirm the place of philosophy within social, cultural and academic landscapes.” Over the course of two days the event hosts over dozens of panel discussion, workshops, conferences and presentations each covering one of a myriad of topics. This year your very own VP External Jamiey Kelley has been deeply involved with the organization of the event.
